PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water bowl device effectively utilizing an advantage of the water bowl and uniformizing the finishing state of a flower arrangement even if persons arranging flowers are different when arranging artificial flowers. SOLUTION: The water bowl 12 horizontally supported by a plurality of support legs 13 is provided with an artificial flower fitting plate 14 on the inside continuously from the internal peripheral edge of the water bowl 12, and stem parts of artificial flowers are inserted into a plurality of insertion holes 17 provided in the fitting plate 14 to be fillingly arranged.
