<p>A fiber board for capturing and decomposing aldehyde is provided to capture and decompose effectively both formaldehyde and acetaldehyde. A fiber board(20) for capturing and decomposing formaldehyde and acetaldehyde comprises: a hard board or insulation board that is a wood fiber board(1) comprising at least 90 mass% of wood fiber; and an aldehyde capturing agent penetrated and solidified into one or both sides of the wood fiber board, wherein the aldehyde capturing agent comprises carbodihydrazide(2) and dihydrazide adipate or dihydrazide succinate. A fiber board for capturing and decomposing formaldehyde and acetaldehyde comprises: a wood plastic sheet(WPS) of a board made of a mixed material comprising at least 30 mass% of a resin fiber and at least 30 mass% of a vegetable fiber; and an aldehyde capturing agent penetrated and solidified into one or both sides of the wood plastic sheet, wherein the aldehyde capturing agent comprises carbodihydrazide and dihydrazide adipate or dihydrazide succinate.</p> |
