<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To directly input personal information required for business processing in a computer system to a computer terminal using a customer telephone set at a long distance. <P>SOLUTION: A customer information secure transmission module is connected among an external telephone line, a telephone set for a consultant and the computer terminal that requires input of customer information and is activated. When a cursor is made to wait in a customer transaction screen input field of the computer terminal, a key signal transferred from the customer information secure transmission module is received and displayed in the customer transaction screen input field instead of encrypted characters.
