<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support identifying a customer having reserved a seat in a store when the customer uses the store according to the reservation. <P>SOLUTION: When a table is ready in the store, an operator of a store system 1 uses a reservation management system 13 to transmit, to a mobile phone terminal device 2 of a waiting customer who has already reserved a seat, a guidance mail (b) including a two-dimensional code 722 for identification a, notifying that a seat is ready. When the customer receiving the guidance mail outside the store arrives at the store, the received guidance mail is displayed on a display device 205 of the mobile phone terminal device 2, and the reservation management system 13 reads the two-dimensional code 722 in the displayed guidance mail by a two-dimensional code scanner 134.
