PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To issue a receipt and a label, and to surely provide allergen information of merchandise to a customer.

SOLUTION: A merchandise sales processing system is provided with: a printing part 310 for printing a receipt on a sheet having thermosensitive adhesion layer on the back face; a heating part 320 for heating the thermosensitive adhesion layer to develop adhesiveness; a merchandise master 210 for storing allergen information about allergen substances included in the merchandise by associating the information with merchandise for each merchandise; an information input part 220 for inputting information for specifying the merchandise; a means 240 for printing the receipt on the basis of the input; a means 230 for determining whether the allergen object merchandise is included in the merchandise printed on the receipt by referring to the allergen information when printing the receipt; a means 250 for printing the allergen label of the allergen object merchandise when the allergen object merchandise is included; and a means 260 for heating the back face of the printing region of the label after printing the label.
