<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print information management system and a print information management method for switching the print layout of a document according to the conditions such as destination of a document or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A server 110 of a center 100 records print information for each of documents different in print items or print positions according to destinations, in a data base 120. In a management terminal 180 of a client 140, a manager copies corresponding print information from the server 110 according to the document to be printed, and stores it in a database 160 of a server 150. A client terminal 190 copies the corresponding print position data from a database 160 in printing the document, and performs fine adjustment to be fit to the connected printer as necessary, and stores the adjusted print information in a database 200 of the client terminal 190. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
