<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyurethane foam-molded article achieving a high hardness without damaging its foam stability and physical properties, especially repulsion, and a method for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: This polyurethane foam-molded article is obtained by foam-molding a polyurethane foam-molding material obtained by blending an isocyanate, ≥1 kind polyol selected from a polyether polyol, a polyester polyol and a polymer polyol, and resin fine particles consisting of a polyamide resin, and a method for producing the same is also provided. The polyurethane foam-molded article in the disclosure is provided by having a good foam stability on its molding, and also achieving the high hardness without damaging its physical properties such as repulsion, and is suitable for the use of a vehicle member requiring e.g. a thin thickness equipped both with a high repulsion and high hardness. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
