<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chasing device which can make a beam always irradiate a cornea in the same axis as a visual axis and from a front face at a desired position even though an eyeball moves in a patient during an operation for correcting the refraction of the cornea. <P>SOLUTION: The deflection of the patient's visual axis and the desired position on the cornea are specified from the observation of the planer position of the front eye portion element of the patient, on the basis of this a light guiding portion using a concave face mirror guiding the beam to the eyeball is controlled, and thereby a visual axis illumination axis coaxializing chasing device always guiding the irradiation beam to the desired position on the cornea in the same axis as the patient's visual can be made. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
