PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure for a vehicular communication device capable of enhancing operability of the vehicular communication device in a motorcycle and further sufficiently ensuring a space for loading a baggage other than the vehicular communication device. SOLUTION: In the mounting structure 10a for the vehicular communication device of the motorcycle 11 provided with a carrier 46, a storage box 74 for storing a card reader part 100a of an ETC on-vehicle unit 100 as the vehicular communication device is provided below a loading surface 46a of the carrier 46.
