PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an optical information recording medium capable of controlling variation in recording sensitivity and stabilizing the quality by managing the time after a substrate is molded until sputtering is started and minimizing influence of gas and moisture adsorbed to the substrate as much as possible. SOLUTION: (1) In the manufacturing method of the optical information recording medium, the time (sputtering starting time) directly after the substrate is molded until sputtering is started is managed and only the substrate whose sputtering starting time is set in a predetermined fixed time is sputtered. (2) In the manufacturing method of the optical information recording medium in (1), the sputtering starting time is managed for every one substrate.
