PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display panel capable of preventing air from flowing into an image display part of the liquid crystal display panel, when external pressure is generated in or after assembling the liquid crystal display panel, or when the assembled panel is tested in a condition of high temperature and high humidity. SOLUTION: The liquid crystal display panel includes at least one organic film 502, 504 formed on a first substrate 501:;a seal pattern 506 formed on a the organic film 502, 504; a second substrate 508 attached to the first substrate 501 by the seal pattern 506; and a support member 507 added to the seal pattern 506, wherein the support member 507 are distributed at 550 or fewer, at least for one position per 1 mm×1 mm size of the sealing pattern.
