PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a siphon drain system provided with a chamber applicable to a kitchen in which water does not enter into an air pipe even when the chamber is filled up with discharged water, and the air pipe can be arranged even in a narrow space. SOLUTION: The siphon drain system comprises water section equipment, a reservoir connected to the equipment, a drain pipe which is given a suction force from the reservoir, and the air pipe connected to the reservoir, of which an uppermost part of the air pipe of the reservoir is higher than a bottom of the water section equipment. It is preferable that a part of the air pipe is higher than the water surface under the situation that a kitchen bowl is filled with the water. In the drawing, the water section equipment (the kitchen bowl) 2A, a trap 2B, a siphon drain pipe 3A, a chamber 4A, the air pipe 5A, the uppermost position 5A0 of the air pipe, the air pipe 5A1 piercing the chamber, a drain conduit 6A, a floor FL and a concrete slab S are shown.
