PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fingerprint lock system aiming at an improvement in crime-prevention property. SOLUTION: The fingerprint lock system, which controls locking/unlocking an electronic lock 3 based on an authentication result verifying a fingerprint or a vein of a finger of a user, includes a user-specific information input unit 12 and a collation controller 13. The user-specific information input unit 12 inputs fingerprint information and vein information of a plurality of the user's actual fingers as the user-specific information at the time of locking/unlocking of the electronic lock 3. The collation controller 13 registers/stores the fingerprint information and vein information of a plurality of the actual fingers of the user permitted for locking/unlocking the electronic lock 3 in a predetermined collation order as a collation ID, collates/authenticates the user-specific information inputted from the user-specific information input unit 12 with the collation ID including the collation order and outputs an unlocking order signal or a locking order signal for controlling lock/unlock the electronic key 3 when normally authenticating all the user-specific information including collation order.
