PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems: the use of a filler requires much labor because a resin and the like are infilled on a job site, and pollutes a connecting component and the job site with the filler; and the use of a locking nut loses the reliability of the connection because there is the risk that the locking nut may be loosened by a tension during use of the locking nut. SOLUTION: A washer for being rotatably fitted into a screw reinforcement between a coupler and the locking nut is provided; surfaces, where the coupler and the locking nut abut on each other, are mutually formed in a tapered shape; after the locking nut is screwed into the screw reinforcement, the washer is rotated, so that an interval between the coupler and the locking nut can be widened by the tapered abutting surfaces abutting on each other; and a thread of the coupler and that of the screw reinforcement are firmly engaged with each other.
