PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat shielding sheet having a removability with a high transmission for visible rays and a low transmission for near infrared rays. SOLUTION: The heat shielding sheet comprises at least an adhesive layer, a substrate film, a heat shielding layer and a surface layer, and the substrate film is made from a synthetic resin and made a strength keep to be suitable to a heat shielding sheet and the adhesive layer is formed on one side of the substrate film and has an adhesive strength to glass of 0.01-1.0 N/25 mm by 180-degree peel force, the heat shielding layer is formed on another face of the substrate film and also is a layer containing a binder resin and fine particles of tungsten oxide, and the surface layer is laminated as an outermost layer of the side in which the heat shielding layer is formed and is characterized by a pencil hardness being more than 3H.
