PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the handling characteristics of a nozzle plate formed of a metal having magnetism by electroforming or the like. SOLUTION: When the nozzle plate 60 formed of a metal having magnetism is magnetically attracted by an electromagnet 100, a magnetic closed circuit is formed through the nozzle plate and prevents a magnetic flux from penetrating in the thickness direction of the nozzle plate.
