PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact shake correcting device and optical equipment. SOLUTION: Each of a plurality of first driving parts 51 and 54 provided in the shake correcting device 10 generates driving force by which a first member 20 and a second member 30 can relatively move in a direction inclined by about 45°from a first direction, and each of a plurality of second driving parts 52 and 53 generates driving force by which the first member 20 and the second member 30 can relatively move in a direction inclined by about 45°from a second direction.
