PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high pressure manometer that is constituted compactly, allows the pressure display surface to be attached to a fluid apparatus in a predetermined direction, prevents response delay of the pressure fluctuation of a fluid to be measured, and measures an accurate pressure. SOLUTION: The high pressure manometer comprises: a plunger 6 sliding while the inside of a plunger slide opening 21 of a block 2 for the plunger is sealed by a seal member 26; and a piston 5 sliding while the inside of a cylinder opening 11 of a cylinder block 1 is sealed by a seal member 52. The outer diameter of the plunger 6 is made smaller than that of the piston 5, and the high pressure of pressurized fluid to be measured is received by the plunger 6, and the pressure transmission fluid is pressed by the piston 5 and is measured by a pressure measurement body.
