摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a velocity sensor capable of detecting velocity in the inertial system. SOLUTION: The velocity sensor 10 is provided with two sets of frequency signal generators 12 in which at least one set of the frequency signal generator is an acceleration detector element. The phase of frequency signal outputted from either frequency signal generator 12 and the phase of frequency signal outputted from the other frequency signal generator 12 may be shifted by prescribed amount previously. The velocity sensor 10 is provided with a phase comparator 18 and a low pass filter 20. The phase comparator 18 is connected with the latter stage of each frequency signal generation source 12, so that the mutual phase difference between the frequency signals may be obtained. The low pass filter 20 is connected at the latter stage of the phase comparator 18, and rectifies the detection signal outputted by the phase comparator 18. When the velocity sensor 10 is accelerated, the frequency outputted from the acceleration detector element is changed, and the phase difference detected by the phase comparator 18 is also changed.
