PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand drying device having two cyclones that dries wet hands after hand washing by blowing. SOLUTION: This hand drying device has a twin-cyclone dehumidification dryer section. Air curtain is formed over hand inlets. Hand drying is carried out in a semi-closed space effectively. Its exhaust air is discharged to its wall-side lower portion with a static pressure. This hand drying device is stored in an outer box and can be used power-savingly and sanitarily.
