PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and equipment for skin modification, to which a dressing wound treatment logic is applied in particular. SOLUTION: The method comprises: a washing step (step S1) for washing the surface of a modification-desired place of the skin with an alkali soap; an atomization step (step S2) for atomizing acidic electrolytic water for neutralizing pH of the modification-desired place after washing; an applying step (step S3) for applying oil which dissolves a horny layer at the modification-desired place after the neutralization of pH; and a dressing step (step S4) which performs dressing for keeping a wet environment at the modification desired place after dissolving the corneum layer.
