<p>By taking the problems occurring in the prior art into consideration, it is intended to provide a cell-adsorbing column which is accompanied by little risk of cell denaturation or induction of cell differentiation caused by contact thereof with cells, has a certain surface area of an adsorbent and yet a small packing volume of the adsorbent and has such a compact size as ensuring favorable handling properties and reducing the load on a patient. Namely, a cell-adsorbing column packed with an adsorbent which comprises fibers having a fiber diameter of 0.5 µm or more but not more than 10 µm and having a surface area of 0.5 m<SUP>2</SUP> or more but less than 10 m<SUP>2</SUP>, characterized in that the packing volume of the adsorbent is 100 ml or less.</p> |
