<p>A transmission device transmits information in a transmission frame unit including a plurality of transmission symbols and guard intervals obtained by copying the transmission symbols for a predetermined period of time to a reception device. When two continuous transmission symbols are identical, the transmission device makes the phase of one of the two transmission symbols and its guard interval be continuous to the phase of the other transmission symbol and its guard interval, thereby generating a transmission frame.</p>
