<p>A system and method operable to collect user created content uploaded to an online community, including uniform codes and terms, and determine a category of related content that the user is most likely to be interested in. Embodiments of the system and method are particularly adapted to systematically parse and compare user created content and diagnostic codes linked to such content to a database of search terms, weighting the matched terms, and assigning at least one most relevant medical sensitive disposition category to a user profile to provide relevant advertising and topic content.</p>
