<p>A curable colored composition is provided to realize excellent dispersibility even in the presence of a high concentration of colorant, to be amenable to slit application, to prevent occlusion in an ink jet nozzle, and to form a colored pixel portion with high smoothness. A curable colored composition comprises a colorant, a dispersible resin, a polymerizable initiator, a polymerizable compound, and a solvent, wherein the solvent contains a solvent(i) having a boiling point of 180-280 deg.C under ambient pressure and a solvent(ii) having a solubility parameter of 8.5-10.5 and having a boiling point of 130-170 deg.C under ambient pressure, and the dispersible resin comprises at least one resin selected from the group consisting of a polymer represented by the following formula (1), a polymer containing copolymerized units derived from a monomer represented by the following formula (1), and a polymer having structural units represented by the following formula (a). In formula (1), R1 is a (m+n)-valent organic linking group; R2 is a single bond or a divalent organic linking group; A1 is a monovalent organic group containing an organic pigment structure or heterocyclic ring, or a monovalent organic group having a group selected from an acidic group, basic nitrogen-containing group, urea, urethane, coordinatable oxygen-containing group, C4 or higher hydrocarbon group, alkoxysilyl, epoxy, isocyanate and hydroxyl group, wherein n A1 groups are the same or different; m is 1-8; n is 2-9, with the proviso that m+n is 3-10; and P1 represents a polymer backbone. In formula (I), R01 is H or a substituted or non-substituted alkyl; R02 is alkylene; W is -CO-, -C(=O)O-, -CONH-, -OC(=O)- or phenylene; X is any one selected from -O-, -S-, -C(=O)O-, -CONH-, -C(=O)S-, -NHCONH-, -NHC(=O)O-, -NHC(=O)S-, -OC(=O)-, -OCONH- and -NHCO-; Y is NR03, O or S; R03 is H, alkyl or aryl, wherein N and Y are bonded to each other to form a ring ; and each of m and n represents 0 or 1. In formula (a), R1a is H or CH3; R2a is alkylene; Z1 is a nitrogen-containing heterocyclic structure.</p> |
