A tool draw a line is provided to hide an auger part so that the injury of a user is prevented when the user carries with the tool, and the damage to the auger is prevented when the tool is dropped. A tool drawing a line includes a grip part(10) having a rod shape. The grip part is formed at the central portion of a front end(11) thereof with a screw coupling groove(12). The grip part is formed with engaging protrusions(13,14) press-fitted thereinto. An auger support member(20) has a hollow shape in order to receive an auger(S). The auger support member is formed at the first end thereof with a male screw(21) to be coupled to the screw coupling groove of the front end. A protective cover(30) is provided at the outer circumferential surface of the grip part while sticking to the grip part. The protective cover is formed with a slide groove. The protective cover includes a plurality of support grooves selectively receiving the engaging protrusions.
