A tape cutting apparatus is provided to reduce cost and enhance assembly performance through reduction of components by having a simple structure without an elastic member. A tape cutting apparatus(200) includes a cylindrical case(210), a plurality of saw tooth blades(220), and a fixing shaft(230). The cylindrical case is reversely rotated according to rotation of a draw roller. The saw tooth blades are installed to be projected from and inserted in the cylindrical case. The fixing shaft is installed in the cylindrical case and projects the saw tooth blade of one side corresponding to the draw roller of the saw tooth blades. Guide grooves(214) are formed at the cylindrical case at regular intervals. The saw tooth blades are projected from and inserted in the guide grooves.
