An inside monitoring device of a stirrer is provided to produce good recycled frames by minimizing the defective ratio of stirring state and to improve use convenience by enabling an operator of the stirrer to check the stirring state while monitoring the photographed image. An inside monitoring device of a stirrer is composed of: a body(110) having a pair of rotary shafts(111) rotatably installed inside to stir waste asphalt and aggregates and arms(112) arranged at regular intervals in a longitudinal direction of the rotary shaft and equipped with tips(113) at each end; an image photographing unit(120) having a camera installed at the upper part of the body, to photograph the stirring state by checking the inside; a display unit(130) for displaying an image captured by the image photographing unit, on a monitor; and a control unit(140) for controlling the image photographing unit and the display unit.
