A pressure rice cooker is provided to place the rice in a circular type at the periphery by vertically lifting a circular valve for opening a rice input bored through a lid of the cooker. A pressure rice cooker comprises a steel band(3"), an O-ring(12) fitted into an external recessed groove, a lever(6), a rack gear(7), and external guide pieces(10) and internal guide pieces(11). The steel band is fitted into the lower end of a rice input(2) bored through a lid of the cooker. The lever is connected to the upmost tip of a chevron-shaped part(5') of a circular valve(5). The rack gear is installed by vertically extending an external end of a horizontal part(6'), and is meshed with a gear(9) of a motor(8). The external and interval guide pieces are protruded through the insertion portion of a notched groove(4) of a cylinder(3).
