A display device, an image processing method, and an electronic device are provided to perform 3D(Three Dimensional) display or multi-view display with smooth and sharp image contours. Pixels include a plurality of subpixels(r,g,b) each having different color. A display unit includes the pixels arranged in horizontal and vertical directions. An image data combining circuit combines image data of the first image and image data of the second image displayed on the display unit. Image separating units(B) spatially separate the first and second images displayed on the display unit. The first image includes one or more subpixels selected from the plurality of subpixels included in one pixel as a display pixel, a minimum display unit of an image. The second image includes one or more subpixels, excluding the one or more subpixels selected by the first image, among the plurality of subpixels included in the one pixel as display pixel, a minimum display unit of an image.
