<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulation system emulating the operation of a target device in consideration of analog characteristics without providing the target device with any on-chip debug function. <P>SOLUTION: This emulation system 100 for emulating the operation of a target device including an analog signal processing part includes: a semiconductor device 310 including an analog signal processing part 314; and an emulation device 20. The semiconductor device 310 includes an external terminal for connecting at least either the input or output of the analog signal processing part 314 included in the semiconductor device 310. The analog signal processing part 314 included in the semiconductor device 310 is provided with analog characteristics identified as those of the analog signal processing part included in the target device, and the external terminals of the emulation device 20 and the semiconductor device 310 are interconnected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
