PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distributor-mixer which is equipped with two or more input/output ports, capable of being used as a distributor or a mixer, and hardly affected by noise or the reflected waves. SOLUTION: The distributor-mixer is equipped with N (three or above) signal input/output terminals (ports 1 to 6), N signal transmission lines 12-1 to 12-6 whose one ends are each connected to one of the ports 1 to 6 and other ends are connected together in common, N series resistors 14-1 to 14-6 each inserted in one of the signal transmission lines 12-1 to 12-6 in series, and a common band-pass filter BPF0 connected between a common connecting point (branch point 13) and a reference potential (GND potential).
