PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key telephone apparatus capable of easily selecting and calling an extension facsimile (FAX) or telephone corresponding to each of a plurality of outside line numbers in the case of call termination, without requiring additional services from a telephone company. SOLUTION: A plurality of subscriber numbers are made into an outside line number from outside line number correspondence TA 10 connected with a switched network and a digital line. When a call from the outside line number is terminated on an outside line, a connection destination terminal is selectively called for the call termination corresponding to the outside line number. An outside line number table 30 is provided at the key telephone apparatus. In the outside line number table 30, an extension number of a facsimile or a telephone of the destination terminal is beforehand registered, along with a connection type (FAX, Telephone, and F/T switching) corresponding to the outside line number. During call termination, a received outside line number is detected and the outside line number table 30 is searched. A facsimile or a telephone is selected from the connection type corresponding to the outside line number.
