PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital taxi wireless system in which a cost increase can be suppressed when communication is performed with a plurality of mobile station devices exceeding the maximum number N of mobile devices, and to provide its constituting method. SOLUTION: When communication is performed with a plurality of mobile station devices 30a and 30b exceeding the maximum number N of mobile station devices with which communication can be performed using first exclusive wave base station equipment 21, the constituting method of this wireless system divides the plurality of mobile station devices 30a and 30b into first mobile station devices 30a and second mobile station devices 30b at each number of mobile station devices not exceeding the maximum number N, provides the first exclusive wave base station equipment performing communication with the first mobile station devices 30a, and second exclusive wave base station equipment performing communication with the second mobile station devices 30b wherein one common wave base station equipment is shared by the mobile station devices 30a and 30b in the first and the second groups.
