PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide portable electronic equipment which effectively prevents the occurrence of a situation that causes a malfunction or circuit breakage caused by a state, in which static electricity directly goes into a circuit to be protected from static electricity, while reducing costs and man-hours required for the prevention. SOLUTION: The portable electronic equipment is provided with a casing 3 or a plurality of members 3a, 3b, and 3d constituting an exterior fittingly attached to the casing, electronic circuits 6, 10, 11, and 12 stored inside the casing 3, and a flexible wiring board 8 that is stored inside the casing 3, arranged inside each fitting part of two mutually-fitted members 3a, 3b and 3b, 3d of a plurality of the members, and connected to each electronic circuit. The flexible wiring board 8 has each ground part G1, G2 arranged near each circuit 11, 12, to be protected from static electricity, of the electronic circuits. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
