PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat dissipation sheet which has a heat transfer capability large enough to rapidly transfer heat from heating components and is so light-weight that it causes no problems if it is mounted on a mobile electronic apparatus, etc., and has a superior processability which permits easy processing of the sheet such as cutting, and has a flexibility which permits the sheet to be easily attached to a curved portion of an apparatus, etc. SOLUTION: The heat dissipation sheet uses a graphite film having a very large heat transfer capability as a heat conduction layer, and has an inorganic substance layer (flexible heat dissipation film having an infrared radiation effect) formed on the surface of the heat conduction layer.
