PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal measuring device capable of performing DC measurement without shortage of a mounting area, and without great increase of cost. SOLUTION: This signal measuring device 10 is equipped with a plurality of terminals 11a, 11b connected electrically to a device (DUT) to be measured; resistances 13, 14 terminating the terminals 11a, 11b; an amplifier 16 whose input end is connected to both ends of the resistances 13, 14, for amplifying an analog signal inputted through the terminals 11a, 11b; measuring parts (ADC 19, a digital part 20) for measuring the analog signal amplified by the amplifier 16; and signal generation parts (a digital part 21, DAC 22, a differential amplifier 23) for generating a prescribed voltage signal to be applied to the input end of the amplifier 16. The signal measuring device 10 is also equipped with a switch part 12 for connecting the signal generation parts to at least one of the plurality of terminals 11a, 11b, and for applying the voltage signal generated from the signal generation parts to the device to be measured through at least one of the terminals 11a, 11b.
