PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise and to lighten weight, in a combustion/propulsion device having no movable portion. SOLUTION: In this burner, a first pipe N shows a nozzle for liquid or gas fuel. Respective pipes/tapes are partitioned by spaces S1, S2, etc., Sn, and continue at intervals D1, D2, D3, etc., Dn to form a parabola. Pn, Dn, and Sn represent numbers of a certain pipe/tape, space and interval. In the burner, a liquid or gas combustible jet injected through the nozzle N is gradually mixed with oxygen in the atmosphere by the Bernoulli effect, gradual/propulsive combustion is generated by this method, and flames obtained as a result spread, so that each the pipe/tape configures a nozzle for the next portion in order of size.
