PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal power generation system enhancing power generation efficiency by increasing a heat difference of a working medium between an inlet side and outlet side of a nozzle for injecting steam of a working medium to a turbine. SOLUTION: The system directly or indirectly heats a working medium 3 by heat energy, and rotationally drives a bucket 5b by ejecting steam of the working medium 3 through a nozzles 8. Power is generated in a generator stator part 6B provided facing a generator rotor 6A by rotating the generator rotor 6A through the rotation of the bucket 5b. A member 18 between a nozzle inlet and outlet for partitioning the inlet part and outlet part of the nozzle 8 has an effect for reducing thermal conductivity in a direction directed from the nozzle inlet part to nozzle outlet part.
