PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain reduction in cooling efficiency to a heat exchanger, even at time when the air temperature becomes particularly high. SOLUTION: This building has a high ceiling space H just under a roof part BO. An exhaust part 3 freely communicating an outer space U on the roof part BO with the high ceiling space H, is arranged in a top part of the high ceiling space H.
