PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock handle device for a key handle extraction/insertion door enhanced in security so as not to be unlocked by inserting a plate member. SOLUTION: A lock unit 34 is storably fixed to a lock storage part 32 formed in a mounting flange 4. A lock plate 40 is stored in a guide groove 67 formed in a fixed case 37. An eccentric cam projection 55 at the rear end of a rotor 39 is engaged with the cam groove 56 of the lock plate 40. By rotating the rotor 39 in the locking direction, the bent plate part 70 of the lock plate 40 is engaged with the lock receiving groove 45 of the mounting flange 4 and the lock receiving hole 57 of a connection flange 5. By rotating the rotor 9 in the unlocking direction, the bent plate part 70 of the lock plate 40 is engaged with the standby groove 61 of the fixed case 37 and the standby hole 62 of the mounting flange 4.
