PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure for a weather strip capable of eliminating short-cut turning and floating between fixed clips by a clip and eliminating the deviation of sticking when adhesion is performed by an adhesive means such as a double-coated adhesive tape. SOLUTION: The mounting structure for the weather strip has a mounting base 3 mounted to a body panel 2 at the peripheral edge of a door opening; a hollow seal part 5 protrusively formed from the mounting base 3; and a second mounting base 12 extending from the mounting base 3 toward the inside of the door opening. A connection portion for connecting the both mounting bases 3, 12 becomes a bent part having a notch 13 and becomes bendable, and projections 14 are protrusively/formed on both sides of the bent part. The mounting base 3 is attached to the first mounting surface 2a of the body panel 2 by the clip 6, and the second mounting base 12 is adhered to a second mounting surface 2B with the double-coated adhesive tape 15.
