PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and inexpensive vehicle frame reversing device. SOLUTION: The vehicle frame reversing device is provided with a vehicle frame retaining mechanism 2 provided with a foldable guide rail 1 variable to a first form for forming an approximately L-shape by a first rail 5 and a second rail 6 and a second form in which the second rail is folded so as to be superposed on the first rail; a clamp member comprising a fixed side clamp member 16A for grasping and clamping a vehicle frame 36 and a movable side clamp member 16B; and a slide member 17 detachably mounted with the clamp member and made to slide along the guide rail. Further, in the vehicle frame reversing device, the guide rail is made to be a first form and after the vehicle frame retaining mechanism is moved from the first rail to the second rail while making it slide along the first rail, the second rail is folded so as to be superposed on the first rail and the guide rail is made to the second form, thereby, the vehicle frame is reversed.
