PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle side structure capable of suppressing the rotation of a pillar member at a collision of a front surface and suppressing the retreating of the pillar member and the removal of a door body. SOLUTION: A projection 33 projected to the door trim 40 side of a front side door 18 is formed at the vehicle rear side of a front pillar 12, and an opening trim 36 is provided at a rear end flange 12B of the projection 33. A recess-like part 42 contacting with the projection 33 at the collision of the front surface is formed at the vehicle front side of the door trim 40 opposed to the projection 33. At the collision of the front surface, when the rear end surface 30F of the front pillar 12 is abutted on the front end surface 28A of the front side door 18 on one side in a vehicle width direction, the front pillar 12 is rotated in a direction in which the front side door 18 removes, however, when the projection 33 contacts with the recess-like part 42 through the opening trim 36 on an opposite side in the vehicle width direction, reverse moment so as to cancel moment generated by the contact of the rear end surface 30A of the front end surface 28A is generated on the front pillar 12.
