PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain miniaturization by decreasing the volume of a gear mechanism between a ring gear and a rear wheel driving shaft, in a rear wheel driving device for a motorcycle wherein a ring gear is coaxially fixed to a rear wheel, and provided with the gear mechanism for transmitting rotating power between the rear driving shaft for transmitting the power of an output shaft equipped to an engine unit mounted to a vehicle body frame and the ring gear. SOLUTION: The gear mechanism 38 is constituted so as to transmit the rotating power to the ring gear 37 at two places spacing in the circumferential direction of the ring gear 37.
