PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire internal pressure control device, a pneumatic tire internal pressure control system, a vehicle, and a pneumatic tire internal pressure control method capable of shortening the braking distance by using a pneumatic tire comprising a plurality of air chambers along the tread width direction. SOLUTION: Pneumatic tires 20FL, 20FR, 20RL and 20RR, respectively, has a plurality of air chambers along the tread width direction. The pneumatic tire internal pressure control device 100 comprises a sensor section 120 for detecting an automatic four-wheel vehicle being braked or to be braked, and a controller 110 for changing the internal pressure of the air chambers when the sensor section 120 detects that the automatic four-wheel vehicle 10 is being braked.
