The cooling device (1000) has two heat conductive pipes (2, 3) provided internally with respective heat transmitting mediums (21, 31). The heat conductive pipes are coupled together thermally, where the heat from a heat source (100) is conducted to a cooling body (5) by the heat conductive pipe (2) and/or heat conductive pipe (3), and the heat transmitting medium (21) is different from the other heat transmitting medium (31). The two heat conductive pipes exhibit respective heat conductivity temperature ranges that overlap each other partially. An independent claim is also included for an arrangement with a heat source.
