The device has a fastening section (1) for fastening composite panels (5, 5a) at a tank structure (6) using screws and connected at the tank structure by a material-conclusive connection e.g. welding. The fastening section is formed as an angular section, and consists of a rod and a belt (1a). The belt is provided with a number of evenly distributed holes (4), and a form-fitted connection of the composite panels with the tank structure is formed by inserting a projecting area of the composite panel under the belt.
