A manufacturing method of an FRP sandwich panel with a built-in PP honeycomb is provided to manufacture an FRP sandwich panel with a built-in PP honeycomb to be light in weight and to have excellent strength by impregnating glass fiber and thermosetting resins and applying to the outside of a PP honeycomb, and then compressing under vacuum, to make mass production possible by piling up many forming products under vacuum and to cut down on manufacturing costs. A FRP(fiberglass reinforced plastic) sandwich panel with a built-in PP(polypropylene) honeycomb comprises upper and lower hardening layers(1,2) formed by impregnating glass fiber and thermosetting resins and compressing under vacuum, and a PP(polypropylene) honeycomb(3) built in between the upper and lower hardening layers. A manufacturing method of an FRP sandwich panel with a built-in PP honeycomb comprises the steps of: preparing a forming product by putting a lower plate mold to a prepared worktable, and impregnating and applying glass fiber and thermosetting resins to the lower plate mold, locating a PP(polypropylene) honeycomb on the upper part of the applied glass fiber and thermosetting resins, impregnating and applying glass fiber and thermosetting resins to the upper part of the PP honeycomb and covering an upper plate mold; piling up many forming products and sealing the circumference of the worktable with vinyl plastic; exhausting the air inside the vinyl plastic to the outside using a vacuum device, compressing glass fiber and thermosetting resins under vacuum and adsorbing to the PP honeycomb; and hardening the forming products naturally under vacuum or hardening in a hardening room.
