A load cell with IP address contains a power supply and a load sensor. Said power supply includes a bridge power supply and a power supply. Said load sensor includes an IP converting board/box for converting analog signals outputted from the load sensor into digital signals. The power supply is connected to the load sensor and the IP converting board/box in series. The load cell with IP address can be inspected and parameter- corrected remotely. The load cell can be tested, corrected and demarcated during inspection and employment.
